Are you interested in flute, piano, recorder or music theory lessons?
Fiona Robinson | Sheffield Music Teacher
I am a flute, piano, recorder and music theory tutor with over 25 years of teaching experience. I also offer lessons in aural training and sight reading to aid exam preparation.
I am a qualified classroom teacher with a P.G.C.E. and a music graduate from Sheffield University. I am also Mum to two grown up children, both of whom play different musical instruments.
Based in Fulwood, Sheffield (on the 120 bus route), I teach face to face music lessons from my home. I also teach lessons online. My pupils range from the very young to the not so young, those keen to do exams or those who want to learn for fun. I love my job and the variety of people I get to work with.
I have an up to date enhanced DBS certificate, plus insurance and I’m happy to show you the relevant documentation.
I hope you can find what you’re looking for on my website, but if you can’t, or you just need some advice, then please contact me and I will be happy to help.
How can I help you?
Each week, from my home I teach:
I work with beginners up to more advanced players on all of these instruments. I’m happy to work towards grade exams if that is what you would like to do, but I also have pupils who learn and play just for the joy of making music.
I offer an initial taster lesson so you can meet me and experience how I teach. These lessons are charged at the normal lesson rate with no obligation to continue.
I hope you’ve seen something already that you’re interested in. Maybe you’re still not sure though or have questions you’d like to ask. Please get in touch and let me help you.
